  The Wesleyan Church of the Philippines is an evangelical, Protestant denomination and a member of Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches. It has grown out of a revival movement which has always given itself to one mission that is spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ with its provision for Scriptural holiness throughout land. The message which ignited the Wesleyan revival was the announcement that God through Christ can forgive men of his sins, transform him, free him from inbred sin, enable him to live a holy life, and bear witness to his heart that he is indeed a child of God.
